Abstract and Poster Information
Please click/check the box for the abstract submission fee of $10 when registering, a code for abstract submission will be (manually) emailed to you (please ensure accurate email addresses). If you have registered and not received a code, please confirm you selected the option to submit an abstract.
Abstract submission deadline for those who wish to be considered for the “short talks” oral presentation is January 10, 2019. All other abstracts must be submitted by January 28, 2019.
There will be two poster sessions, Thursday and Friday, in the in the Grand Ballroom in the J. Wayne Reitz Union Building.
The posters should be hung on your boards in the Grand Ballroom starting the afternoon of March 6 and remain until after the poster session on Friday, March 8, 2019.
Poster awards will be presented for eligible trainees (graduate students and post-doctoral fellows) who have selected to have their posters judged (on abstract submission form).
The Submit Abstract button will take you to a form to enter your required abstract information and includes a paragraph box to cut and paste your abstract. Your abstract paragraph limit is 300 words.
