Abstracts are now being accepted! Abstracts to be considered for oral presentation, including our Trainee Data Blitz Session, must be submitted by December 12, 2022. All others, for posters, must be submitted by February 8, 2023.
All accepted abstracts will be included in our abstract book distributed to paid attendees only and will otherwise not be published due to potential preliminary data. Paid registration is required for abstract acceptance. Maximum two abstracts per submitting author; note we suggest putting them in the same session if possible so they will be next to each other in our poster sessions. Posters will be arranged by session then submitting authors last name alphabetically. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional questions.
The 300 word count maximum only applies to your abstract paragraph, this will not include author list, title, or funding notations. We recommend cut and paste for any abstracts with special characters. You will receive an auto reply with your submission confirmation, please check it closely as we are not responsible for any typos.
There will be two poster sessions, Thursday and Friday, in the in the Grand Ballroom in the J. Wayne Reitz Union Building.
The posters should be hung on your boards in the Grand Ballroom starting the afternoon of March 15 and remain until after the poster session on Friday, March 17, 2023. Our boards are 4 foot high by 6 foot wide (landscape format). Your poster number is the same as your abstract number which will be assigned once our abstract submission process is completed.
