
Abstract Submissions
Abstracts submission is now closed! Thank you to all who submitted abstracts for poster presentation. Please see the final list of abstracts/posters below.
All accepted abstracts will be included in our abstract book distributed to paid attendees only and will otherwise not be published due to potential preliminary and/or unpublished data.
Poster Information
There will be two poster sessions, Poster Session 1 on Thursday and Poster Session 2 on Friday, in the in the Grand Ballroom in the Reitz Union Building.
Our abstracts/posters are organized by session topic then by the submitting authors last name. The number on the abstract list will also be your poster number. Odd numbered posters will present in poster session 1 on Thursday and even numbered posters will present in poster session 2 on Friday.
We ask you to please hang your posters on Wednesday, March 19th so they are able to be viewed during our evening reception. Please take down your posters by the end of lunch on Friday, March 21st.
Our poster boards are 4 foot high, 6 foot wide (landscape) format. There are no restrictions on formatting or size for your poster as long as it fits within the size of your poster board. Each poster will get one full side of each poster board.
Poster Printing
For those who prefer not to travel with your poster, TARGET COPY does offer poster printing but you will need to contact them for prices, turn around time, and all other details. We are not responsible for your experience and only offer it as an option for your convenience.
Poster Prizes, Data Blitz and Communications Award-TRAINEES ONLY
Trainees, pre and post doctoral students, will be eligible for poster prizes based on committee poster judging. For those who requested judging on your abstract submission, you must check the box to be judged.
We ask trainees who requested judging to stand by your poster for the first 45 minutes of the poster session to allow our judges time to get to your poster.
New to ASMB this year we will offer a Communications Award for the combination of the best graphical abstract and video. Graphical Abstract submissions have now closed, the videos from our finalist have been posted on X.com. Voting will only be via X.com, the most likes will win. PLEASE VIEW AND VOTE!! Voting closes Friday, March 21st at 8am and the winner will be announced Friday afternoon.
